18.240.010 Statement of Intent

The zoning of property as RP-6, Planned High-Rise Apartment District, is intended to provide high-density residential living in buildings up to 5 stories in height with an attic story, while ensuring that livability, open spaces, high levels of landscaping, safety and general welfare will be sustained.
