16.200 Erosion and Sediment Control

16.200.020  Definitions 

For the purposes of this Ordinance, the following terms, phrases, words and their derivations shall have the meaning given herein or as defined in Title 18:

  1. P.
    Water Bodies means surface waters including rivers, streams, lakes and wetlands, including all areas designated by the federal government as a water of the United States.
