15.06.090 Storm Water Utility Fund.

Storm Water Utility User Fees, dedicated ad valorem taxes and other available revenues shall be paid into a fund that is hereby created and shall be known as the "Storm Water Utility Fund." This fund shall be used for the purpose of paying Costs of Capital Improvements, Operations and Maintenance, Debt Service and any other costs associated with the implementation and operation of the Storm Water Management Program.
