13.55 MASTER FRANCHISE CODE

 

13.55.102 Definitions. 

For the purposes of this Chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings given herein:

    Right-of-way Access Fee means consideration paid in the form of a charge upon a Grantee for the grant, right, and privilege by the City to install, construct, maintain, extend or operate a Facility along, across, upon, under or within the Right-of-way for the purpose of providing wireless service. (See K.S.A. 12-2001(t) as may be amended.)
