13.12 Construction on Rights-of-Way

13.12.320 Definitions.

For purposes of this Chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning given herein:

  1. P.
    Parkway means the area between a property line and the Street curb. Sometimes called boulevard, tree shelf or snow self.
