13.10 Public Street, Streetlighting And Sidewalk Requirements

13.10.010 Definitions.

The following words and phrases whenever used in Title 13 of the Overland Park Municipal Code, shall be understood as defined in this Section unless from the context a different meaning is intended or unless a different meaning is specifically defined and more particularly directed to the use of such words or phrases:

    Traffic Control Systems means traffic signals, fiber optic conduit and cables, service and junction boxes, dynamic message signs, trail blazer signs, CCTV cameras, and all appurtenances used for the purpose of controlling traffic flow, collecting traffic-related data and communicating information to the traveling public.
