11.52 Cigarettes (Tobacco)

11.52.150 Definitions.

For the purposes of this Ordinance, the following words shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this paragraph:

Smoking

Inhaling, exhaling, burning or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or other tobacco product, or use of an electronic or battery-powered vaporizer that simulates tobacco smoking by producing an aerosol that resembles smoke. "Smoking" shall also include the use of liquid nicotine, the active ingredient of the tobacco plant (nicotine), in liquefied form when introduced into the human body by nasal spray, ingestion, smoking or other means.
