6.08 Control and Impoundment of Domestic Animals

6.08.085 Injury to Person or Animal.

It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper or harborer of any animal to permit such animal to:

  1. A.
    Cause injury to people.
  2. B.
    Bite or cause injury to any person or other animal.
