6.04.060 Rabies Certificate Required at Time of Licensing.

No license required by this chapter will be issued until the owner, keeper or harborer of the animal furnishes a certificate signed by a registered veterinarian, showing that the animal is currently inoculated against rabies. Recognition shall be given to a certificate which indicates a 1-year, 2-year or 3-year inoculation period for cats and dogs if duly signed by a registered veterinarian.
