6.04.040 Collar or Harness Required.

The owner, keeper or harborer of any dog or cat shall cause the same to wear a collar or harness while such animal is outside the dwelling of the owner, keeper or harborer. The tag required in 6.04.030 shall be securely affixed to the collar or harness of each dog or cat registered. The tag shall be situated on the collar or harness in such a manner that it may at all times be easily visible to law enforcement officers or animal control officers of the city. Replacement tags shall be issued for $1.00 each.
