5.70 Transient Merchants1

    See also the Transient Merchant Licensing Act at K.S.A. 19.2231 et seq. (as may be amended) for statutory provisions regarding the licensing and regulation of transient merchants by the State and County.

5.70.050 Expiration of License; Nontransferable.

  1. A.
    A license shall not exceed a period of fourteen (14) days.
  2. B.
    A license is not transferable to any other Person and cannot be used for any business or activity or at a location other than those listed on the application and approved for licensing.
