5.08.060 Compliance with Ordinances and Regulations.

Any person, firm, partnership or corporation holding a permit issued by authority of this chapter shall comply with all ordinances or regulations of the City during the term of the permit, and violation thereof shall constitute a cause for the immediate revocation of such permit at the election of the City.
