5.06 Alarm Systems

 

5.06.010 Definitions.

    Nonchargeable false alarm means a false alarm that, due to type, cause or circumstance, will not be counted against the permittee for the purpose of determining when and the amount of any false alarm fee to be assessed pursuant to O.P.M.C. Section 5.06.050.
