5.05 Adult Businesses

5.05.040 License, Classification and Fees.

  1. A.
    The license year for all fees required herein shall be from each January 1 through December 31. The application for a license shall be accompanied by payment in full of the fee stated herein by certified or cashier's check or money order, and no application shall be considered complete until such fee is paid.
  2. B.
    All licenses shall be issued for a specific location and shall be nontransferable, and license fees shall be nonrefundable.
  3. C.
    The classification of licenses and fees for each shall be as follows:

      Adult Business license fee is $250.00 per year;
    2. 2.
      Manager's license fee is $20.00 per year;
    3. 3.
      Entertainer's license fee is $20.00 per year;
    4. 4.
      Server's license fee is $20.00 per year.
