5.05 Adult Businesses

5.05.010 Definitions.

For the purposes of this Chapter and unless the context plainly requires otherwise, the following definitions are adopted:

  1. S.
    "Specified Sexual Activities" mean any of the following:
    1. 1.
      Sexual conduct including, but not limited to, actual or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, oral copulation or sodomy;
    2. 2.
      Fondling or other erotic touching of a Person's clothed or unclothed genitals, pubic region, buttock, anus or female breast;
    3. 3.
      Sadomasochistic acts; or
    4. 4.
      Human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal.
