5.05 Adult Businesses

5.05.010 Definitions.

For the purposes of this Chapter and unless the context plainly requires otherwise, the following definitions are adopted:

  1. C.
    "Adult Media" means books, magazines, periodicals, other printed matter, pictures, slides, records, audiotapes, videotapes, compact discs, DVDs, motion pictures, films, CD-ROMs or other devices used to record computer images, or other similar media which are distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matters depicting, describing or relating to "Specified Anatomical Areas" or "Specified Sexual Activities."
