2.66.1170 Civil Service Commission Meetings.

The Commission shall meet as required to perform the functions and duties required by the provisions of this code. The times, dates and subject matter for such meetings shall be fixed by the Commissioners. The meeting shall be conducted in accordance with the Kansas Open Meetings Act; provided, however, the Commission may recess into executive session as provided by law.
