2.33.355 Complaint; Requirements Form.

A Complaint shall be in writing and shall be signed (either personally or electronically) by the complainant. A Complaint shall be deemed to be "in writing" if the information is inscribed on a tangible medium or stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in perceivable form. Electronic signatures must be obtained in compliance with the K.S.A. 12-4215 and amendments thereto, K.S.A. 16-1601 et. seq., and/or Kansas Supreme Court Rule 122. More than one violation may be charged in the same complaint.
