2.14.110 Validity.

Should any section, subsection, paragraph, clause or provision of this Chapter be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the validity of the Chapter as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid or unconstitutional. The Governing Body hereby declares that it would have passed this Chapter and each section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause and phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, or phrases be declared invalid.
